From Memphis- Take I-40 East

1. From Nashville- Take I-40 West
2. Exit 126 {Hwy 641 and 69}
3. Turn south and drive one tenth mile to McIllwain Rd and turn left.
4. Proceed on McIllwain 1.8 miles to the stop sign at Old Hwy 69 and turn right.
5. Proceed down Old Hwy 69 for 1.2 miles to the Y intersection in Sugar Tree and bear right.
6. Proceed one tenth of a mile {Past the Sugar Tree Post Office} and turn left on Hog Creek Road
7. Proceed down Hog Creek Road for 4.7 miles to the Ponderosa Store and Marina. Bear left on Cotham Town Lane
8. Proceed down Cotham Town Lane for two miles and enter the main gates of River Breeze Estates
